120 Profits a prendre benefiting and burdening same registered owner's lots If a lot is to be benefited by a profit a prendre, the instrument of a profit a prendre may be registered even if: (a) the lot benefited and the lot burdened by the profit a prendre have or are to have, the same registered owner; or (b) the owner of the lot benefited by the profit a prendre holds an interest in the lot burdened by the profit a prendre.
