109 Covenants benefiting and burdening same registered owner's lots An instrument of covenant may be registered even if: (a) the lot benefited and the lot burdened by the covenant have or are to have the same registered owner; or (b) the owner of the lot benefited by the covenant holds an interest in the lot burdened by the covenant.
