101 Easement or easement in gross only created in accordance with this Subdivision The registering of a plan of subdivision, or a plan of consolidation, creates an easement or easement in gross only if the plan and any instrument of easement or easement in gross required by section 103 or lodged under section 105 are registered under this Subdivision.
