#### 81 Repeals and refunds 81 Repeals and refunds > > (1) The Acts specified in Schedule 1, and to the extent to which they have not been already repealed, are hereby repealed. > > > (2) (Repealed) > > > (3) Any person who has paid land tax pursuant to any of the Acts specified in Schedule 1 in respect of the year that commenced on the first day of January one thousand nine hundred and fifty-six shall be refunded an amount equal to one-sixth of the land tax so paid by the person. > > **s 81:** Am 1960 No 35, sec 2 (1) (f); 1988 No 128, Sch 1 (14).
