#### 49 Application of amendments 49 Application of amendments > The amendments made to this Act by the amending Act apply in respect of a land tax year commencing on or after the date of commencement of the amendments and do not affect any liability for land tax in respect of any land tax year commencing before that date, except as otherwise provided by this Part.
