> > (1) For the purposes of the application of section 21C to land owned by the Crown in respect of the tax years commencing on 1 January 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992, the amendments made by Schedule 1 (13)–(16) of the [Land Tax Management (Amendment) Act 1991](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1991-47) are taken to have commenced on 31 December 1988.
