> The amendments made by the [Land Tax Management (Amendment) Act 1991](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1991-47) (except the amendment made to clause 3 of this Schedule) do not apply in respect of a tax year before the tax year that commences on 1 January 1992 and do not affect any existing liability for land tax.
