sec.80 Information to be given by home unit companies
This section applies to a home unit company, for a financial year, if the home unit company has a liability under this Act for land tax. The home unit company must give information to the commissioner in the approved form by 1 October in the financial year. Under the Administration Act , the requirement under this section is an information requirement for which a failure to comply is an offence under section 121 of that Act. (sec.80-ssec.1) This section applies to a home unit company, for a financial year, if the home unit company has a liability under this Act for land tax.
