sec.58 Other exempt land
The following land is exempt land— land owned by, or held in trust for, a company registered under the Corporations Act that is a friendly society for the purposes of another law of the State or the Commonwealth; land owned by, or held in trust for, a trade union, if the land is not used to carry on a business for profit; land held by the trustees of the estates of the late James O’Neil Mayne and Mary Emilia Mayne.

- (b) land owned by, or held in trust for, a trade union, if the land is not used to carry on a business for profit;
