sec.51 Aged care facilities
Land on which an aged care facility is located is exempt land. In this section— aged care facility means a facility at which residential care is provided by an approved provider within the meaning of the Aged Care Act 1997 (Cwlth) , schedule 1 . (sec.51-ssec.1) Land on which an aged care facility is located is exempt land.
