63A Definitions
In this Division—
***temporary residence*** means any structure or vehicle—
(a) that is capable of being used for human habitation; and
(b) for which an occupancy permit is not required;
1 A caravan, motorhome or trailer.
2 A tent.
3 A shed or a barn.
***temporary residence land*** has the meaning given by section 63B;
***trustee*** has the same meaning as in section 52(1).
