3B Joint tenants to be treated as tenants in common
[Section 3B Inserted by No. 21 of 2014, s. 14, Applied:09 Dec 2014] For the purposes of this Act, joint tenants in relation to land are to be taken to be tenants in common in equal shares in relation to the land.
