sec.89 Discount for pre-Wolfe freeholding lease— Act , s 457
For section 457 (1) (d) of the Act , this section prescribes the discount for a pre-Wolfe freeholding lease if the remaining purchase price is paid in cash during the lease. The discount is the percentage of the remaining purchase price stated in schedule 7 , column 2 opposite the balance of the term of the pre-Wolfe freeholding lease provided for in column 1 of the schedule. (sec.89-ssec.1) For section 457 (1) (d) of the Act , this section prescribes the discount for a pre-Wolfe freeholding lease if the remaining purchase price is paid in cash during the lease. (sec.89-ssec.2) The discount is the percentage of the remaining purchase price stated in schedule 7 , column 2 opposite the balance of the term of the pre-Wolfe freeholding lease provided for in column 1 of the schedule.
