sec.86 Continuation of declaration of regulated islands— Act , s 434A
For section 434A (1) of the Act , each island mentioned in schedule 5 continues to be declared as a regulated island. The declaration, under the repealed Land Regulation 2009 section 61A , of each island mentioned in schedule 10B of that regulation continues under subsection (1) .
