sec.64 Cessation of deferral on transfer
This section applies if— the payment of the rent or instalments for a lease or licence is deferred under subdivision 1 or 2 ; and the lease or licence is transferred. The deferral of the payment of the rent or instalments stops applying in relation to the lease or licence from the day of the settlement of the transfer. (sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies if— the payment of the rent or instalments for a lease or licence is deferred under subdivision 1 or 2 ; and the lease or licence is transferred. (sec.64-ssec.2) The deferral of the payment of the rent or instalments stops applying in relation to the lease or licence from the day of the settlement of the transfer.
- (a) the payment of the rent or instalments for a lease or licence is deferred under subdivision 1 or 2 ; and
- (b) the lease or licence is transferred.
