sec.34 Minimum rent for tenures of particular categories
The minimum rent payable for a category 11.1, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 13 or 16 tenure for a rental period is 277 fee units. The minimum rent payable for a category 14.2 tenure is 134 fee units. s 34 amd 2020 SL No. 107 s 24 ; 2021 SL No. 48 s 18 ; 2022 SL No. 47 s 15 (sec.34-ssec.1) The minimum rent payable for a category 11.1, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 13 or 16 tenure for a rental period is 277 fee units. (sec.34-ssec.2) The minimum rent payable for a category 14.2 tenure is 134 fee units.
