sec.30 Category 16 tenure
Each of the following tenures is a category 16 tenure— a tenure over land at a place known as an ‘Economic Development Queensland industrial estate’; a lease for which the chief executive has, under section 16 of the Act , assessed the most appropriate tenure for the lease land as freehold. s 30 amd 2024 Act No. 12 s 82
