sec.20 Regulated conditions of particular tenures— Act , s 212B
For section 212B (1) of the Act , each condition stated in schedule 1 is a condition of the following tenures— a lease, other than a trustee lease; a licence; a permit to occupy.
- (a) a lease, other than a trustee lease;
- (b) a licence;
- (c) a permit to occupy.
