sec.18 Deciding purchase price for particular grants of unallocated State land— Act , s 122
For section 122 (3) of the Act , this section prescribes the way the Minister must decide the purchase price for granting unallocated State land to— the State or MEDQ under section 122 (1) of the Act ; or a constructing authority under section 122 (2) (a) of the Act . The Minister must decide the purchase price for the land in the way the Minister considers appropriate. s 18 amd 2024 Act No. 12 s 81 (sec.18-ssec.1) For section 122 (3) of the Act , this section prescribes the way the Minister must decide the purchase price for granting unallocated State land to— the State or MEDQ under section 122 (1) of the Act ; or a constructing authority under section 122 (2) (a) of the Act . (sec.18-ssec.2) The Minister must decide the purchase price for the land in the way the Minister considers appropriate.
- (a) the State or MEDQ under section 122 (1) of the Act ; or
- (b) a constructing authority under section 122 (2) (a) of the Act .
