sec.17 Deciding cash premium for amalgamating closed road with particular lease land— Act , s 109C
For section 109C (4) of the Act , this section prescribes the way the Minister must decide the cash premium for leasing a closed road for amalgamation with adjoining land subject to a category 11.1, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 13, 14.2 or 16 lease. The amount of the cash premium is the amount equal to the minimum rent for the category of the lease for the adjoining lease land. (sec.17-ssec.1) For section 109C (4) of the Act , this section prescribes the way the Minister must decide the cash premium for leasing a closed road for amalgamation with adjoining land subject to a category 11.1, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, 13, 14.2 or 16 lease. (sec.17-ssec.2) The amount of the cash premium is the amount equal to the minimum rent for the category of the lease for the adjoining lease land.
