sch.4-sec.12 Compliance with laws
The sublessee of the sublease must comply with all lawful requirements of— the local government for the local government area in which the sublease land is situated; or any department of the State or the Commonwealth; or another entity with jurisdiction over the sublease land, or the development, use or occupation of the sublease land.
- (a) the local government for the local government area in which the sublease land is situated; or
