sch.3-sec.13 Compliance with laws
The trustee lessee of the trustee lease must comply with all lawful requirements of— the local government for the local government area in which the trustee lease land is situated; or any department of the State or the Commonwealth; or another entity with jurisdiction over the trustee lease land, or the development, use or occupation of the trustee lease land.
- (a) the local government for the local government area in which the trustee lease land is situated; or
