74 Evading contribution
Any person who, by any wilful act, default, or neglect, or by any fraud, art, or contrivance whatever evades or attempts to evade assessment or payment of contribution, is guilty of an offence against this Act.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units and the amount of contribution, payment of which the offender has evaded or attempted to evade.
