55 Accounts and audit
(1) The provisions of Division 1 of Part 7 of the State Planning Authority Act 1963 extend to the Fund in the same way as they apply to a fund referred to in that Division and as if the statement of accounts referred to in section 58 of that Act were a statement of accounts in respect of the Fund.
(2) The expenditure of the Fund shall be charged against income and capital as nearly as may be in accordance with commercial principles.
