sec.57 Application of rules
Unless the court directs otherwise, these rules apply to the next step in a proceeding started in the court, but not completed, before the commencement. Anything done in relation to a proceeding started in the court, but not completed, before the commencement under the repealed Land Court Rules 2000 is taken to have been done in relation to the proceeding under these rules. (sec.57-ssec.1) Unless the court directs otherwise, these rules apply to the next step in a proceeding started in the court, but not completed, before the commencement. (sec.57-ssec.2) Anything done in relation to a proceeding started in the court, but not completed, before the commencement under the repealed Land Court Rules 2000 is taken to have been done in relation to the proceeding under these rules.
