sec.51 Involvement of court as constituted by a member
The court as constituted by a member may, in relation to an application removed under rule 49 or referred under rule 50 — hear and decide the application or remit the application to the court as constituted by a judicial registrar with the directions the court considers appropriate; or decide a matter arising under the application or remit the matter to the court as constituted by a judicial registrar with the directions the court considers appropriate.
