sec.45 Power to correct errors
This rule applies if in an order or a certificate of the court, or in a record of an order or a certificate of the court— there is a clerical error; and the error resulted from an accidental slip or omission. At any time, the court may, on application by a party or on its own initiative, correct the clerical error.
