> This Part applies to proceedings in Class 1, 2 or 3 of the Court’s jurisdiction.

> Proceedings to which this Part applies are also subject to the provisions of the [Civil Procedure Act 2005](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2005-028) and the [Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2005-0418). That Act and those rules refer to an applicant under these rules as a plaintiff and a respondent under these rules as a defendant.
