6 The *Land Administration Amendment Act 2000* s. 18(2) reads as follows: (2) If the Minister has not caused notice of the registration of an order made under section 58(4) of the *Land Administration Act 1997* to be published in a newspaper circulating in the district of the relevant local government under section 58(5)(c) of the *Land Administration Act 1997*, that failure does not render the order invalid and the order is, and is taken always to have been, as valid and effective as it would have been if the notice had been so published.
