#### 43 Particulars to be included in notice of compensation entitlement and offer of compensation 43 Particulars to be included in notice of compensation entitlement and offer of compensation > A compensation notice given to a former owner of land must— > > > (a) be in the form prescribed by the regulations or (if there is no prescribed form) the form approved by the Minister, and > > > (b) notify the owner that the land has been compulsorily acquired, and > > > (c) state that the owner is entitled to compensation, and > > > (d) offer to pay a specified amount of compensation as determined by the Valuer-General and be accompanied by a form of deed of release and indemnity for completion if the offer is accepted, and > > > (e) inform the owner of the right to object to the amount offered.
