110 Regulations (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or authorized to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. (2) A regulation made under subsection (1) may require that some or all of the particulars required to be given in any prescribed form are to be verified by statutory declaration or otherwise.
