75 Land acquired by Crown becomes Crown land reserve
(1) [Section 75 Subsection (1) amended by No. 55 of 2000, Sched. 2, Applied:31 Dec 2001] On the acquisition of land by the Crown, the land acquired becomes land reserved to the Crown as a public reserve under section 8 of the Crown Lands Act 1976 for the purpose for which the land was acquired.
