14 Lapse of notice to treat
A notice to treat lapses if –
(a) the owner on whom the notice was served does not make an agreement under section 9 (1) ; and
(b) [Section 14 Amended by No. 31 of 2019, s. 8, Applied:01 Jan 2020] the acquiring authority does not cause a notice of acquisition in respect of the land, or a part of the land, referred to in that notice to treat to be published in accordance with section 18 (2) .
