sec.61 Delegation
The land access ombudsman may delegate any of the ombudsman’s functions to an appropriately qualified officer. However, the land access ombudsman must not delegate the giving of advice, recommendations or reasons under section 51 (6) (b) . In this section— functions includes powers.
