sec.59 Confidentiality requests
This section applies if a party to a conduct and compensation agreement or a make good agreement believes— a document or information to be made available by the party to the land access ombudsman is confidential; or the disclosure of a document or information to be made available by the party to the ombudsman might be detrimental to the party’s commercial activities. When giving the document or information to the land access ombudsman, the party may inform the ombudsman of the party’s belief. s 59 amd 2024 No. 33 s 61 (uncommenced amendment) (sec.59-ssec.1) This section applies if a party to a conduct and compensation agreement or a make good agreement believes— a document or information to be made available by the party to the land access ombudsman is confidential; or the disclosure of a document or information to be made available by the party to the ombudsman might be detrimental to the party’s commercial activities. (sec.59-ssec.2) When giving the document or information to the land access ombudsman, the party may inform the ombudsman of the party’s belief.

- (b) the disclosure of a document or information to be made available by the party to the ombudsman might be detrimental to the party’s commercial activities.
