sec.4 How purpose is achieved
The purpose is to be achieved mainly by— providing for the appointment of a land access ombudsman; and establishing the Office of the Land Access Ombudsman; and authorising the land access ombudsman to investigate, and facilitate the timely resolution of, disputes about conduct and compensation agreements and make good agreements. s 4 amd 2024 No. 33 s 41 (uncommenced amendment)
- (a) providing for the appointment of a land access ombudsman; and
