sec.30 Officers not subject to outside direction
An officer is not subject to direction by anyone, other than from within the office, about— the way the land access ombudsman’s powers in relation to an investigation under this Act are to be exercised; or the priority given to investigations. s 30 amd 2024 No. 33 s 49 (uncommenced amendment)
- (a) the way the land access ombudsman’s powers in relation to an investigation under this Act are to be exercised; or
- (b) the priority given to investigations.
