sec.20 Land access ombudsman not subject to direction
The land access ombudsman is not subject to direction by anyone about— the way the ombudsman performs the ombudsman’s functions; or the priority given to investigations of land access dispute referrals; or an action taken under part 4 . s 20 amd 2024 No. 33 s 45 (uncommenced amendment)
- (a) the way the ombudsman performs the ombudsman’s functions; or
