sec.14 Termination of appointment
The Governor in Council may terminate the appointment of the land access ombudsman if— the ombudsman contravenes section 13 ; or the ombudsman can not perform the functions of the ombudsman because of physical or mental incapacity. The Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 (1) (b) (i) to (iii) does not apply for the land access ombudsman. (sec.14-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may terminate the appointment of the land access ombudsman if— the ombudsman contravenes section 13 ; or the ombudsman can not perform the functions of the ombudsman because of physical or mental incapacity. (sec.14-ssec.2) The Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 25 (1) (b) (i) to (iii) does not apply for the land access ombudsman.
