sec.12 Conditions of appointment
The land access ombudsman is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. The remuneration must not be reduced during the land access ombudsman’s term of office without the ombudsman’s written consent. The land access ombudsman is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . The land access ombudsman is entitled to the leave of absence decided by the Governor in Council. s 12 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.12-ssec.1) The land access ombudsman is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.12-ssec.2) The remuneration must not be reduced during the land access ombudsman’s term of office without the ombudsman’s written consent. (sec.12-ssec.3) The land access ombudsman is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . (sec.12-ssec.4) The land access ombudsman is entitled to the leave of absence decided by the Governor in Council.
