sec.11 Term of appointment
The land access ombudsman holds office for the term stated in the person’s appointment as land access ombudsman. The stated term must not be more than 3 years. The land access ombudsman may be reappointed. However, a person must not be reappointed if the total of the person’s term of appointment would be more than 10 years.
