sec.10 Disqualification from appointment
A person is disqualified from becoming the land access ombudsman if the person— has a conviction for an indictable offence; or is an insolvent under administration; or is guilty of misconduct of a type that could warrant dismissal from the public service if the ombudsman were an officer of the public service. s 10 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 s 26 (2)
