26 Mooring of boats (1) The Minister may give a person a written permit to moor a boat in a mooring area under section 14. (2) The permit remains in force for the period, no longer than 12 months, stated in the permit. (a) moors a boat on a lake; and (b) does not have a permit for the mooring. (4) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
