21 Restrictions on kinds of boats (1) The Minister may, by a sign placed in a lake area, state— (a) the kinds of boats that may be operated on the lake in the lake area; and
(b) the purposes for which a kind of boat may be operated on the lake in the lake area. (b) the boat— (i) is not a kind of boat that may be operated on the lake; or (ii) is not operated for a purpose for which that kind of boat may be operated on the lake. Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
