19 Restrictions on mooring (1) The Minister may, by a sign installed at or near a wharf or jetty in a lake area, restrict the mooring of boats to the wharf or jetty to boats of a kind indicated by the sign. (2) A person must not moor a boat to a wharf or jetty in contravention of a sign under subsection (1).
