118 Evidence Unless the contrary is proved, evidence that a sign referred to in section 14, section 19, section 20 or section 21 was erected, placed or displayed within a lake area or on Scrivener Dam is evidence that it was erected, placed or displayed, as the case may be, by or by the authority of the Minister.
