100 Facilitating boarding of boats (1) An inspector may request a person to take reasonable steps to allow the inspector to board a boat under section 93 (1). (2) The inspector may make the request to the person in charge of the boat or someone else. (a) an inspector makes a request to the person under subsection (1); and (b) the person fails to comply with the request.
