29 Use of certain land in Morisset

29 Use of certain land in Morisset

(1) This clause applies to land identified as “Morisset Area 4” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) shops, other than neighbourhood supermarkets, if the gross floor area used for shops does not exceed 1,800m2,

(b) neighbourhood supermarkets, if the gross floor area used for neighbourhood supermarkets does not exceed 1,800m2,

(c) restaurants or cafes, if the gross floor used for restaurants or cafes does not exceed 500m2.
