For the purposes of this Part, land within the Middle Camp site is in a zone as follows if the land is shown on the Land Zoning Map as being in that zone—
(a) Zone R2 Low Density Residential,
(b) Zone RE1 Public Recreation,
(c) Zone E1 National Parks and Nature Reserves,
(d) Zone E2 Environmental Conservation.
