For the purposes of this Part, land within the South Wallarah Peninsula site is in one of the following zones if the land is shown on the Land Zoning Map as being within that zone—
(a) Zone R2 Low Density Residential,
(b) Zone SP2 Infrastructure,
(c) Zone E1 National Parks and Nature Reserves,
(d) Zone E2 Environmental Conservation.
